A great party involves most importantly a special group of people, tasty food, enjoyable music that all takes place in an marvelous setting. Stella Artois proved that they are fitting to write their “A-Z Guide to Host Beautifully” by hosting a chic evening that hit all of those points.

Food: a six course meal curated by Chef Aliya LeeKong that consisted of: a Farmer’s Market Salad with Egyptian dukkah and a fruit molasses vinaigrette, Rustic Bread with sweet cream butter, Seared Maitake Mushrooms & Morrels, Shrimps & Grits, Pork Belly Griot, and North African Spiced Roasted Chicken. Our mouth is watering just typing this menu out and we havn’t even gotten to the dessert. For dessert options, guests had a choice of Mini Lemon Madeleine Cakes, Mini Chocolate Tartes, Thai Basil Macaroons, and Arabian Coffee & Cardamom Pot De Creme.

Music: Non other than Award-winning musical artist John Legend, who helped compile the “A-Z Guide to Host Beautifully” and who performed at the Stella Artois “Evening in The Clouds” event. John Explained to us that “‘The A to Z Guide of Hosting’ is a list of tips from A to Z compiled by Stella Artois from lots of experts including myself.” “I started with A for Ambiance to set the mood with some great music featuring playlists with Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye and Pharrell.”

Location: Under the beautiful sunset at Disney’s Golden Oak Ranch with hot air balloons, so guests could have a view of the canyon during John Legend’s performance.

I dare anyone to outdo this evening because that is what you call a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10.
