Jack’s Dining Room Hosts Yes Chef Reserve 004 Takeover at Oakley Mansion in Los Angeles

This past week, Yes Chef Reserve transformed the legendary Oakley Mansion in Los Angeles into a fully immersive dining experience in collaboration with The Shoku Twins, delivering one of the city’s most exclusive culinary evenings to date. The evening began with Yes Chef Reserve butlers welcoming guests with champagne before escorting them into a multi-room cocktail experience featuring a premium raw bar with oysters, snow crab, and shrimp, roaming caviar service, and a custom omakase installation by Michelin-starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee overlooking the Los Angeles skyline.

Dinner followed with a one-night-only seven-course tasting menu inspired by the Seven Sins, conceived and executed exclusively for the evening by The Shoku Twins and the Yes Chef culinary team. Each course was uniquely designed and will not be replicated. The private guest list brought together leaders across entertainment, sports, hospitality, music, and digital culture, including: Colson Baker (MGK), Noah Beck, Mark Birnbaum, Joe Burrow, David Dobrik, Lindsey Fishman, Mike Hermalyn, Tony LaPenna, Mike Majlak, Natalie Mariduena, Puka Nacua, Nas, Alex Pall, Micah Parsons, Xandra Pohl, Tori Praver, Sydney Thomas, Adam W., Trevor Wallace, Aminé, and many others. To conclude the experience, guests received curated keepsakes including Yes Chef hoodies and custom Shoku x Yes Chef Reserve ice cream pints. The evening marked another defining moment for Yes Chef Reserve as the brand continues its global expansion, with Monaco confirmed as the next destination. It was also announced that Yes Chef Food Fest Presented by Verizon will take place on March 28th and 29th 2026 at Reframe Studios in Los Angeles following a record-breaking New York launch.
