Poppy nightclub, in partnership with Kylie Cosmetics and BMW i, hosted the ultimate Coachella party destination BMW i’s ‘Powered Paradise In The Desert’. The party itself was a sensory overload of lights and tunes produced by the colossal Poppy stage. Every artist that took the stage that night was as major as the stage itself with DJ sets by Diplo & Chantel Jeffries, with live performances by Cactus Jack (AKA Travis Scott) and Sheck Wess and a surprise performance by Lil Wayne to top it all off. Chantel Jeffries took us by surprise and pulled off one of the biggest viral moments of the weekend. She debuted a never-before-heard original track that’s rumored to feature Offset & Vory. A helicopter flew-over and spotlighted the crowd, which got everyone buzzing including Rihanna and the Kardashians. The helicopter was actually there to drop fliers to tease her upcoming musical debut which will be out this Spring. The fliers began popping up all over Coachella throughout the weekend, with attendees sharing throughout their social channels. Chantel, who has always produced and been a musician on her own, is establishing herself as a talented artist in this male-driven industry, and we cannot wait to see what comes next.
