818 Tequila, the award-winning, hand-crafted tequila brand founded by Kendall Jenner, returned to the desert for the fourth annual 818 Outpost, this year presented by Cash App. Taking place April 10 during festival weekend in Indio, California, the invite-only gathering brought together festival-goers, creators, and friends of the brand for an afternoon of live music, immersive brand experiences, and specialty 818 tequila cocktails. Set within a striking open-air environment inspired by Mid-Century Googie architecture and Palm Springs modernism, the space blended breezeblock textures and retro-futurist design with a high-energy, sun-soaked atmosphere. The day was anchored by a headlining performance from Kaytranada, drawing a packed crowd to the stage as guests danced with signature 818 cocktails in hand. In a standout moment, Justine Skye joined Kaytranada onstage for a special performance, followed by Lizzo, who jumped onstage and twerked during the set, further energizing the crowd. Kendall Jenner hosted the event and later joined friends and family in the Delilah Reserve Lounge by the h.wood Group, where attendees relaxed with cocktails and bites in a more intimate setting.
818 cocktails remained a focal point, with signature serves including Ranch Water, Desert Spritzes, and frozen daiquiris from Fat Tuesday, keeping guests cool as temperatures rose and the dance floor filled. Throughout the space, brand partners were seamlessly integrated into the experience. Cash App activated poolside with interactive moments designed around its “pools” feature, while Postmates returned with the Postmates Pit Stop, an open-air food garden featuring Ggiata, Heavy Handed, HomeState and Puesto, where attendees gathered between sets. Additional participating brands included Rhode introducing its new Caramelized Banana Peptide Lip Treatment, paired with complementary 818 cocktail, alongside on-site product moment. Anablue, Fruit Riot, Kylie Cosmetics, Loops Beauty, Mane, Simplehuman, Tangle Teezer, TYB, Uber, Khloud, Salt & Stone, Urban Decay, Youth To The People, and 818 Hot Honey Margaritas with Hot Girl Pickles, each contributing dedicated experiences and offerings throughout the event. Blending music, design, and hospitality, 818 Outpost continues to define a new standard for brand-led festival experiences, where product, culture, and community coverage in a way that feels both elevated and immediate.
