Umami Burger teamed with global award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud for their latest Artist Series to debut the exclusive ‘Umami Frenchie Burger’! in honor of Bastille Day on Saturday, July 14th, Umami at the Grove threw a tasting party for their brand new ‘Frenchie’ burger. Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy, girlfriend Raquel Leviss and pal Harry Georgiou stopped by to enjoy the rich and savory burger. The ‘Frenchie’ is made with a juicy beef patty and mouth-watering caramelized onions, tomato compote and satisfying crispy pork belly ‘Rillons’, Dijon mustard, fresh tomatoes, Raclette cheese and finished with a fresh arugula salad and Bun Au Poivre. Donned with a mini French flag, guests were fully immersed in the Bastille Day celebrations while invigorating all five senses in true Umami fashion, while sipping on stella Artois and Whispering Angel. This exclusive culinary creation will be available at participating Umami Burger locations nationwide starting July 14 through September 14, 2018. A key aspect of this incredible collaboration is that a $1 from each burger sold will benefit charitable organization Citymeals, which provides a lifeline of nourishing meals and vital companionship to New York City’s homebound elderly.
