Halsey held one of the best themes for a Halloween party this year at the Majestic Downtown on Saturday, October 28th. The singer paid homage to one of her favorite directors, Baz Luhrman, and created each room based off of his movies: The Great Gatsby, Romeo + Juliet, and Moulin Rouge.
