Nick Mathers Celebrated the Launch of his New Restaurant Élephante Overlooking the Pacific Ocean

Nick Mathers, the name behind Eveleigh, Goldie’s, Little Ruby, Dudley’s and more, hosted an exclusive launch party Thursday night to celebrate the opening of his newest restaurant and hot spot, Élephante. The event took place at the gorgeous rooftop space overlooking the ocean in Santa Monica. Guests enjoyed small bites paired with an array of Italian varietal wines and curated cocktails. Celebrity guests in attendance included: Claire Holt, Becca Tobin, Kilo Kish, Ireland Baldwin, Katherine Hughes, Reeve Carney and Paris Carney. Industry influencers such as Anita Patrickson, Brent Bolthouse, Riawna Capri and Renee Bargh also attended the exclusive launch to show their support of Mathers. Once the sun went down, the music turned up with a surprise performance by Matthew Handley of Yolanda Be Cool and Michael Di Francesco of Touch Sensitive. The highly curated restaurant was inspired by Mathers’ travels to Southern Italy, and includes interior touches like Tigerwood floors, limestone walls, Buherra baskets and hand woven plates from Africa. These are few of many details that he incorporated into the space to transport guests from the bustling city of Los Angeles to the coast of Pantelleria. The stunning rooftop venue located at 1332 2nd Street, Santa Monica, California 90401 will open it’s doors to the public on July 10th, and is sure to become the new sought-after hotspot in Santa Monica.
