For those of you who missed it, Mondrian LA was the place to be this past weekend! The invite-only JBL Poolside Casino Party took over the hotel on Saturday, May 20th hosted by Julissa Bermudez of Empire Girls. Guests received casino chips to play the Vegas-style games (including blackjack in the pool), munching on sliders and sipping on special Tequila Avion cocktails and Heineken beers, with the highest of rollers being awarded the most coveted prizes: fully water submersible JBL Charge 3 Speakers, Pulse 2 Portable Speakers, limited edition Everest 700 headphones and more. DJ’s Drew Byrd and Sean G played traptastic soundtrack perfect for this beautiful day and crowd including Gym Glass Heroes frontman Travie McCoy, CW’s 90210 Tristan Wilds, VH1’s Draya Michell, and some super-fun influencers all dancing in the VIP Cabana gifting suite to Drake’s Passionfruit. People in attendance were sipping and snapping pictures of their perfectly curated black JBL travel kits, packed with the sleek, black, waterproof and powerful Charge 3 Speaker and summer style essentials from Kiehl’s, Jason Markk and Moleskin. JBL’s Sunday takeover of the always-gorgeous Mondrian LA was the second in a series of events in Miami, Los Angeles and New York City, leading up to JBL Fest 2017 from July 27-29 hosted by Quincy Jones, NBA All-Star Damian Lillard, DNCE and Demi Lovato.
