Hurley celebrated the launch of their Jamaica Collection with top Jamaica surfer, Olympic hopeful and Hurley Athlete/Ambassador, Elishama “Shama The Superman” Beckford at the Undefeated Pop-Up Shop in Los Angeles on the evening of Thursday, July 25th, 2019. Inspired by the art of Jamaican dance hall posters, the Hurley Jamaica Collection features an amazing array of colors celebrating one of surfing’s most beautiful communities. Guests gathered in the intimate space, browsed the men’s and women’s styles in the collection while enjoying a night celebrating Jamaican culture with authentic Jamaican dishes and beer. Music was provided by The Big Bad DJ Geezy. All sales from the event went towards surfing scholarships for youth in Bull Bay, Jamaica via Ghetto Youth Foundation.
