This past Thursday, 3.30 Buick partnered with fashion tastemaker Josh Peskowitz to celebrate the Los Angeles Design community in Los Angeles. Peskowitz, a recognizable figure in the global menswear industry is the former Men’s Fashion Director of Bloomingdales and has worked variously as both a stylist and writer. Buick and Josh Peskowitz joined key LA tastemakers from the worlds of fashion, culture, design and media for an intimate dinner, hosted at the historic Chateau Marmont Penthouse and as part of Buick’s “Culture Happens Here” Dinner Series. The series was created as a platform for driving conversation among Los Angeles’ cultural design, fashion and art communities and celebrating the cultural changes taking place on the west coast, with Los Angeles quickly becoming a “Place of Change Now.”
Guests in attendance were given a chance to experience Buick’s LaCrosse and Envision models via Buick’s car service to the event. Entertainment was provided by a pop-culture harpist, entertaining guests with renditions of past and present popular hits on the harp. Through the evening’s dinner and conversation the Buick team worked to further exemplify Buick as a brand that champions and nurtures the growth of design and culture and as a brand of substance that creates fulfillment through progressive, thoughtful and alluring vehicles.
