This weekend, Chain held the world’s first gourmet chain food festival, ChainFEST, over the course of this weekend in Hollywood. Chain, the restaurant concept started by B.J. Novak and his co-founder and Chef Tim Hollingsworth that started in a parking lot in 2021, brought together some of the world’s most beloved chain restaurants for a large festival serving never-before-seen menu items – partners included Chili’s, Diageo, Dunkin’, Jack in the Box, Panda Express, Pepsi, Pizza Hut, Postmates, Red Robin and SONIC.

The star-studded Friday VIP event was attended by: Andy Cohen, Chrissy Teigen, John Mayer, John Legend, Chris Pratt Patrick Schwarzenegger, Frankie Jonas, Mark Hoppus, Lucy Hale, Mindy Kaling, Brooklyn Beckham, Maude Apatow, Kiernan Shipka, Rachel Bilson, Scheana Shay, Cole Sprouse, Howie Mandell, Awkwafina, Jimmy Tatro, Blake Griffin and more. The VIP event hosted Friday night brought together A-listers to enjoy gourmet takes on chain food, including Jack in the Box jumbo sized tiny tacos, Panda Express ROY G Chicken, a new sweet & sour sauce from Pepsi, mini personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut, spicy, sweet and sippable donuts from Dunkin’, a Red Robin Burgertini, a Baby Back Ribwich from Chili’s and a Corny-Crunchy Chili-Cheese Coney Dog from Sonic plus many more.
