Caruso’s highly anticipated Palisades Village, was celebrated with great fanfare, by notables including Charlize Theron, Michael Keaton, Jon M. Chu and Mindy Kaling, ahead of its upcoming opening on Saturday, September 22nd. The event, hosted by Rick J. Caruso, began in the property’s beautifully-landscaped park with cocktails and hors-d’oeuvres, as well as a musical performance by The Martini Kings. Following a poetic rendition of the National Anthem by Katherine Ho, USC student and vocalist on the Crazy Rich Asians soundtrack, guests dined on a sumptuous menu of locally sourced Californian fare prepared by iconic celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. Emmy Award-winner Billy Crystal and comedian Kevin Nealon kept guests laughing in their seats. Rounding off the dinner, was an unforgettable set by EGOT recipient John Legend, followed by fireworks and rousing performances by Jason McGee & The Choir under the stars.
