Dan Bilzerian: The King Of Instagram Becomes The King Of Marijuana

Dan Bilzerian is a gambling man and he’s going all-in on the booming cannabis industry, which is projected to reach $31.4 billion in revenue by 2021. The “King of Instagram” and professional poker player is not shy about his love for marijuana (also: women + guns) but what his 24.3 million Instagram followers may not know is that he’s a savvy entrepreneur who founded the world’s first super-premium cannabis lifestyle brand Ignite Cannabis Co., now available in California dispensaries.

To celebrate Ignite’s launch on the West Coast, Bilzerian hosted a $500,0000 party at his 12 bedroom, 31,000-square-foot Bel Air mega-mansion. Guests were shuttled from a UCLA parking lot check-in area run by our favorite VIPER girls then chauffeured in golf carts up a long driveway to the red carpet and main entrance of this $100 million palace, greeted warmly with complimentary Tropical and Bubblegum flavored Ignite CBD vape pens (try one, they’re great). A winding staircase led 1000+ attendees past security guards armed with assault rifles to the main party area featuring multiple bars, dance floor, Ignite product displays and a food spread fit for the new King of Marijuana. Energetic DJ sets from Marshmello and DJ Vice kept the party bumping before rapper Tyga jumped onstage to make a surprise performance. The Chainsmokers, Chris Brown, Little Dicky and Logan Paul all danced to “Taste” while enjoying sushi, tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, spring rolls and pre-rolls (our favorite: Diesel Cookies) alongside flocks of click-worthy models and Hollywood cool kids. And if that wasn’t enough, one additional staircase opened up to the enormous roof level pimped out with an infinity pool, hot tubs, large comfy couches, flat screen TVs, ANOTHER bar, plus an outdoor gym with more weights and machines than an Equinox. Holy shit this house is lavish AF, like a five-star luxury hotel. No joke.

“Everything I do is based on executing at the highest level and Ignite is going to top everything I’ve done before. I’ll spare no expense, cut no corners, and do whatever needs to be done in order to build Ignite into a world-renowned cannabis brand,” said Bilzerian, Ignite’s Founder & Chairman, who warmly greeted friends and media dressed casually in a white v-neck t-shirt. An enterprising poker player while at the University of Florida, this former Navy SEAL trainee started winning big and learned early on about discipline, reading people, managing money, trusting his gut and how to make bold choices – skills that every successful entrepreneur needs. Similar to how Kylie Jenner has built Kylie Cosmetics into a billion dollar empire via Instagram, Bilzerian’s reach and influence on social media will help drive awareness and sales for Ignite, quickly establishing it as one of the cannabis industry’s leading brands. You can bet on that!
