This weekend, Budweiser Presents Budland celebrated launch of the new California bottles in an epic way with a star-studded lineup of hip hop, R&B, dancehall and electronic acts and fashion market from LA brands. Budweiser showed their support of LA-based creatives with this local celebration of the best LA has to offer for two days of musical acts, a curated daytime fashion market from LA-based designers and brands and an array of food vendors from the City of Angels that pair perfectly with an ice cold Budweiser. Friday night featured a surprise performance by Ty Dolla Sign & performances by Syd, Taco, Buddy, Roofeeo and underground dancehall party Shabbaaaaa. On the second day of the festival, School Boy Q brought out surprise performer A$AP Rocky for Hands on the Wheel and Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2. Tyler the Creator also popped on stage and performed Telephone Calls right after headline the Agenda Show in Long Beach. Other performers during the two-day event included Kilo Kish, Virgil Abloh, WEDIDIT & Friends, Guillaume Berg, MixedbyAli, No Vacancy Inn, The Cozy Boys, SOSUPERSAM, DJ Pedro and Shay. Now through September 2017, California and 10 other states will see their namesake on Budweiser bottles and cans as part of the brand’s latest evolution of its iconic summer packaging celebrating the local states Budweiser and its breweries call home.
