Variety celebrated its fifth annual Hitmakers celebration on December 4th at City Market Social in downtown Los Angeles hosted by Tinashe. The brunch, in conjunction with their annual Hitmakers issue, represented the year in music. The carpet and awards presentation was streamed on Variety.com and Amazon music’s Twitch page. Peacock/Girls5Eva were presenting sponsors of the brunch – with the cast of the show showcasing an exclusive video welcoming guests. Honorees included: Billie Eilish & FINNEAS, Jack Harlow, Lil Nas X, Lana Del Rey, Lil Nas X, Normani, Olivia Rodrigo, and many more. Additional sponsors included IHG Hotels who hosted the Hitmakers photoshoots and had a specialty bar at the event. Wagoneer, had their vehicle on display and offered talent transportation, and Hendrick Gin also had speciality cocktails for guests.
