CBE Chairman and CEO Lucian Grainge has had a hell of a Grammy week. He was nominated for the second time in the number 1 spot at the Billboard 100. Many of his music acts this year came out as winners at the 2016 Grammys. The Universal Music Group boasted seven of 2015’s 10 best-selling albums and 38.5 percent of the year’s recorded-music sales, according to Nielsen Music. It has all five Grammy album of the year nominees: Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Chris Stapleton and Alabama Shakes.
It was only right to celebrate this insane accomplishment with a Grammy after party at the historic Theatre at Ace Hotel.
