On Thursday June 16th, Samsung Galaxy continued its ongoing partnership with The Art of Elysium to host An Introduction to HEAVEN 2016 at The Art of Elysium Art Salon in Los Angeles. The Art of Elysium is a notable charity that focuses on enriching the lives of critically ill children. Their annual An Introduction to HEAVEN 2016 showcased some of the work that their organization partakes in.

Guests arrived to a selfie worthy entrance with a backdrop featuring a piece from the Art Salon’s abstract works of art. Images of Jimmy Hendrix, Keith Richards and a retro Barbie, along with colorful paintings and sculptures, adorned the well-decorated space. Samsung Galaxy Tab S devices were also affixed to the walls, adjacent to the Art Salon gallery pieces, providing guests with information about the artist, the art piece and the inspiration behind its creation.

Prior to the exclusive dinner, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with DeLeón Tequila and got got to play with the Samsung projection photo-op experience from the Samsung Galaxy S 6 which lets you choose a backdrop to project on a wall for great picture moments. It was a mini That 70’s Show reunion at the DeLeón Tequila bar, as Danny Masterson and Topher Grace caught up along with their leading ladies, Bijou Phillips Masterson and Ashley Hinshaw, respectively. Emile Hirsch brought his adorable son, Valor, who stuck close to mom throughout the event.
