Open – Open to the public and free to attend, guests will experience a fun, interactive pop-up featuring Target’s 2023 Bullseye’s Top Toys and guest-favorite brands like Mattel, LEGO and Nintendo, and will be able to build and check items off their holiday wish list by scanning QR codes at the event.
