The Zoe Report Transforms 4th annual ZOEasis Into a Moroccan Retreat

The fourth annual ZOEasis style retreat, hosted by the original styling maven, Rachel Zoe returned to Coachella Music Festival on April 13, 2018at the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs, California.
