PEOPLE honored Hollywood’s rising and brightest stars at its third annual ‘Ones to Watch’ Party that took place at West Hollywood’s new hot spot Ysabel. The magazine feted celebrities who are currently having a moment or on the cusp of stardom including Kelsea Ballerini, Ike Barinholtz, Adam DeVine, Francesca Eastwood, Domhnall Gleeson, Tori Kelly, Rami Malek, Aubrey Peeples, Kathleen Rose Perkins, Édgar Ramírez, Evan Ross, Lilly Singh, Nathan Sykes, Tessa Thompson, Shanice Williams, Phillip Winchester, and Maddie Ziegler. Guests were able to get beautified at Maybelline’s makeup bar and design a custom watch by Timex while DJ Michelle Pesce kept the beats going all night. PEOPLE’s ‘Ones to Watch’ will be featured in the magazine’s issue on newsstands nationwide on Friday, September 18.
