On Thursday, October 6th, Hollywood’s newest members’ club and hotel, The Aster, celebrated the property’s official opening with an invitation-only party hosted throughout the entirety of the 95,000 sq. ft space. The evening kicked off with craft cocktails on the property’s expansive rooftop space, where attendees were able to start their evening with stunning views of the Hollywood Hills and the iconic Capitol Records building. Linda Margiliano played a DJ set to begin the festivities, which was followed by a set by Shawn Mendes’ creative director, Connor Brashier. Later, guests were ushered to The Aster’s Cabaret room, a sultry space where they enjoyed musical performances by Mia Moretti and Blu De Tiger along with passed canapes including Hamachi cones and mushroom flatbread.
The Aster’s pool deck, Aster Park, welcomed Jason Stewart of How Long Gone and Benji B for DJ sets from 9 pm to 12:30 am. Guests were greeted with a dessert bar and a continued craft cocktail service to enjoy throughout the end of the evening. Since its soft opening in August, The Aster has welcomed the Los Angeles community with open arms with the belief that the next generation of private members’ clubs will embody the warmth, welcome, and sophistication of the world’s best luxury boutique hotels.
