On November 5, Bethesda Softworks hosted the official Fallout 4 launch party to celebrate the worldwide release of this year’s most anticipated video game. The launch event took place at an industrial warehouse location in downtown Los Angeles, and featured an immersive post-apocalyptic set design inspired by Fallout 4, the next generation of open-world gaming. The launch attendees also enjoyed exclusive live performances by Calvin Harris, Walk the Moon and Bloc Party.
Hosted by the ZeniMax Media Board of Directors, the party was an absolute hit with a fun crowd who got to dance to some of the best acts in music while enjoying some delicious burgers. Some of the celebrity attendees included: Jake Austin Walker, Randy Jackson, Shane West, Halle Berry, Kaley Cuoco and Chrissy Teigen. The party ended with a DJ set from Calvin Harris which went on until 1 am. In true Calvin Harris fashion, he brought all of the hits and a top of the line light show to go with it, which kept the crowd dancing all night.
Named “Best of Show” by the official Game Critics Awards at E3 2015, Fallout 4 is the long-awaited follow up to the 2008 ‘Game of the Year’ blockbuster, Fallout 3. Fallout 4 is set to release worldwide on November 10, 2015 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
