Audi and World-Renowned Restaurant Noma Host Sustainability and Innovation Dinner

Last night, Tuesday, July 19, Audi and Noma hosted an intimate private dinner aimed at pushing forward the conversation around sustainability and innovation. Attendees for opening night of the three-night dinner series included Ariana DeBose, Marisa Tomei, Jurnee Smollett, James Marsden, Logan Lerman, Luptia Nyong’o, Rei Green, and many more. Tara Rush, CMO of Audi of America, and Emilie Cotter, CCO of Audi of America were in attendance. Peter Kreiner, Noma CEO and co-owner was in attendance along with Thomas Frebel and Nate French. Transportation was provided to guests in a fleet of fully electric Audi vehicles including the e-tron SUV and the e-tron Sportback.

René Redzepi and his team from Copenhagen created a multi-course tasting menu of classic Noma dishes inspired by their seasonal menus with a wine pairing selected by the Noma team. Three-Michelin-star Restaurant Noma and its founder, Danish chef René Redzepi, are known for a focus on foraging, innovation and a unique interpretation of New Nordic Cuisine. From sourcing local ingredients to reducing food waste, Noma seeks to be an inspiration for other organizations around the world to embrace the opportunity for a more sustainable business model.

The three-night dinner series is part of a larger partnership between Audi and Noma that is focused on a shared commitment to sustainability and driving innovative business solutions that create a positive impact on society as a whole. The partnership includes the three-night Noma dinner series on July 19, 20 and 21, bringing the world renowned speaker series MAD Monday event to LA and creation of The LA Scholars Award presented by Audi which will provide funding for six scholarship recipients to attend the MAD Academy in Copenhagen, Denmark.
