Maybelline New York Celebrates their First Ever Co-Branded Product Collection with Beauty Influencer Shayla Mitchell

Maybelline New York hosted an exclusive celebration to reveal their first ever co-branded influencer product collection, Maybelline X Shayla, with top beauty blogger Shayla Mitchell of @MAKEUPSHAYLA. Maybelline New York took over the premiere Los Angeles nightclub 1OAK, and transformed it into its own blooming boudoir featuring different shades of purple flowers surrounding the dance floor and bar. Guests enjoyed speciality cocktails such as the Boomin’ in Blue while listening to an opening DJ set by Daniel D’Artiste and concluding the night dancing to tunes spun by Chantel Jeffries. When the clock struck 9pm, Shayla shared a few words with the crowd after unveiling the latest products from the collaboration and images from the campaign, while the crowd was greeted by sparklers and champagne bottles. A range of celebrities, digital influencers, and tastemakers included Claire Holt, Skai Jackson, Jordyn Jones, Emma Kenney, Suede Brooks, Jen Atkin, Shaun Ross, Anastasia Karanikolau, Nikkie De Jager among others. The Maybelline X Shayla collection features three Colossal Big Shot x Shayla Mascara‘sPoppin‘ Purple, Boomin‘ in Blue, and Baddest Black (SRP $8.49) as well as an exclusive mini eyeshadow palette called The City Mini Palette x Shayla which was crafted and inspired to reflect Shayla’s style and personality (SRP $9.99). The exclusive collection will be available for pre-sale on August 11th at Maybelline.com and Ulta.com and available at drugstores nationwide in September 2017.
