Sonix hosted an exclusive VIP Event on Thursday night to celebrate the grand opening of their first ever pop-up shop on Melrose Avenue. “The Future is Female” theme resonated throughout the event in the brightly pink colored store. Ireland Baldwin stopped by to check out the space, and tried on some of Sonix’s brand new sunglasses. Actress Emily Althaus and Influencer Violet Benson were also in attendance, and couldn’t resist swinging from the ornate cherry blossom tree. Brandi Cyrus had The Bachelor alumns, Ashley Iaconetti and Amanda Stanton, enjoying tunes from her curated playlist. Sisters and stylist-duo, Kara and Brit Elkin, showcased their t-shirt line, while also taking a moment to snap some pictures in the photo booth. New York based designers Ivy Kirzhner and Emm Kuo revealed their new collections to party-goers. Guests at the event showed support by purchasing Sonix’s limited edition phone case, which donated 100% of proceeds to the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles, CA. The pop-up shop, located on 8017 Melrose Ave., will remain open until April 2nd (11am-7pm), showcasing female driven brands and inviting the public to check out the beautiful space.
