Mr Porter’s US Editor Mr Dan Rookwood and The Sunset Tower’s Mr Jeff Klein co-hosted a 30-person dinner to celebrate LA Style and recent subjects from Mr Porter’s weekly online magazine, The Journal, who are leaders in their fields across sport, film, entertainment, hospitality, art, and fashion and design. The evening concluded with post-dinner cocktails hosted by The Sunset Tower’s famed maître Mr Dimitri Dimitrov who has also been featured in The Journal.
To further mark the celebration, Mr Porter also launches two online editorials on March 17 within the latest issue of The Journal featuring the event’s co-host Mr Jeff Klein and guest Mr Steven Gerrard from the LA Galaxy soccer team. Guests included: Actor Jamie Bell; Actor Kate Mara; Los Angeles Lakers basketball player Nick Young; Men’s Designer John Elliott; The Elder Statesman’s Greg Chait; Sunglass designer Garrett Leight; Los Angeles Galaxy Soccer Players, Steven Gerrard and Robbie Rogers; Environmentalist David de Rothschild; Hotelier Jeremy King; Film Producer John Goldwyn; amongst others.
