This one night only event at The Ace Hotel on April 1st, 2015, brought out many talented musicians in honor of acclaimed Movie Director and Oscar Nominee David Lynch. Duran Duran, The Flaming Lips, Sky Ferreira and Moby all played songs from and inspired by the director’s movies and albums. You can spot Jim Carrey in the crowd (picture above) in support of his good friend David Lynch. The proceeds from the concert benefitted “The David Lynch Foundation”, which focuses on consciousness-based education and world peace to ensure that every child anywhere in the world who wanted to learn to meditate could do so. What an mesmorizing evening in honor of an incredible director.
