Following Bally’s recent dinner hosted by Bally’s CEO Frédéric de Narp and Design Director, Pablo Coppola joined by Gwyneth Paltrow and Rachel Zoe at Chateau Marmont, it was time for the brand to unveil it’s new flagship store on Rodeo Drive. On May 17th, Swiss luxury brand Bally threw an elegant soirée at their alluring Beverly Hills location with host Randy Jackson in part to benefit the charity Delete Blood Cancer DKMS.
The store itself is a masterpiece, designed by David Chipperfield and filled with Pierre Jeanneret furniture (just google it to see their value). The inventory itself has an unexpected flare to it’s classic look. The mens area, which is located on the second floor, has a “Made to Order” section where customers can literally customize their own shoes. Bally uses the Charles Goodyear System for this feature which takes about 200 steps to accomplish. Some of their finest leathers of choice are made with alligator, ostrich, and even stingray.

Besides their impeccable shoes, I found Ballys bomber jackets to fit well with today’s high fashion and street wear collide. The event featured exclusive cocktails and a special performance from Grammy nominated recording artist Jazmine Sullivan. Guests also had the opportunity to purchase Ballys limited edition red leather envelope, in calf leather and water snake skin, priced at $350 and $850 respectively with all proceeds going to Delete Blood Cancer DKMS. 20% of all other sales from the evening were also donated to the cause.
