Tickted – Scissorhands, a new holiday musical tribute/parody to the beloved film “Edward Scissorhands,” will debut at Rockwell Table & Stage in Los Feliz starting December 7th through early January 2019. The musical is a reimagining of the film exploring gender equality, gender identity, and the new middle-class American way of life in this very complicated and divided world. Set during the holidays, the musical mixes and mashes up some of your favorite music from the 80s, 90s, and today with popular holiday songs by such artists as Lady Gaga, Florence and the Machine, Aerosmith, Tori Amos, ABBA and so many more. Although considered a parody, the musical is more of an homage to everything that you love about the modern classic with a new point of view for a modern audience.
