Ticketed – On Saturday, August 15th at 3pm, The Springs will partner with August Uncommon Tea for their first Tea Class. August Uncommon Tea co-fournders Aaron Shinn and Gina Zupsich will lead this unique course. Learn about brewing techniques, why water type and temperature matter, what’s up with green tea, how to use tea in cocktails, and more. In addition to the “Tea 101” lessons, guests will enjoy a tasting of teas and vegan food pairings by The Springs’ Executive Chef Michael Falso.
