“Tradesy x Illma Gore” Opening with a Fully-Functioning $100,000 Golden Toilet Covered in Louis Vuitton Leathers

On Wednesday evening, celebrities, influencers, and art fans gathered to celebrate the opening of the Tradesy Showroom in Santa Monica where the brand debuted their new space and the “Tradesy x Illma Gore” collection of one-of-a-kind objets d’arts with a fashionable twist. Westworld starlet, Evan Rachel Wood, dropped by to fete to the opening and posed next to a fully-functioning $100,000 golden toilet covered in Louis Vuitton leathers, created by artist Ilma Gore. Singer Katharine McPhee also graced the party, where she browsed the collection of Tradesy Treasures (consisting of countless Hermes Birkin Bags, and priceless Chanel pieces, amongst other covetable items) and chatted all things fashion with the company’s founder, Tracy DiNunzio. All guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres from chef Casey Lane’s forthcoming restaurant Vaile dei Romani, Instagram worthy fashion moments, and once in a lifetime artwork from the collaboration (which included a Gucci clad missile, an American flag crafted of Hermes scarves, busts of President Lincoln made from repurposed Louis Vuitton goods, and more). The Tradesy Showroom is located on 1217 2nd St. Santa Monica, CA.
