The h.wood Group in Partnership with Innovative Dining Group debut a new look for their Flagship Karaoke Restaurant + Cocktail lounge: Blind Dragon

The h.wood Group in partnership with Innovative Dining Group reveal a new concept for their flagship karaoke restaurant, supper club, and lounge: Blind Dragon. With it’s main entrance now just off the start of the famous Sunset Strip; the speak-easy dining lounge debuts a whole new look that feels like the most sophisticated tiki hut you’ve ever been in and offers delicious food and drink menu to match. Intimate and dim like any good cocktail lounge should be, it comes as a fun surprise that the space contains 4 uniquely themed private karaoke rooms too. Of course, you can’t sing on an empty stomach and the Blind Dragon’s new menu is sure to satisfy. The h.wood Group’s food & beverages specialist Adam Koral (The Nice Guy, Delilah) together with ROKU’s Creative Head Chef, Roger Lee, deliver their own Asian twists to the new food plates and team up with Blind Dragon’s head bartender, Daniel Torres on the drink list.

We were lucky enough to get a taste of basically everything on the menu and were not let down by a single dish. But, if we have to choose favorites then we highly recommend the Shrimp and Pineapple Fried Rice, and the Miso Baked Cod. We paired that (and much more) with the Tiki-La-La, a cocktail made with Herradura Reposado, hibiscus-oak bitters, lavender syrup, agave and lavender garnish. For dessert you definitely gotta “Get Lei’d” with their special creamy cocktail shaken up with ELYX, Cocchi Americano, Strawberry, Lemon, and Rosemary. All of this, by the way, is served by very sexy waitresses wearing nothing, but short silky kimonos, stockings, and maybe a flower in her hair. The best part is, after a long night of singing, dancing, and indulging in the most decadent little island bites you can just sink back into the big comfortable velvet booths and relax with your friends. So if you’re stuck in LA and in need of a tropical get away, hula over to Blind Dragon for a lavished mini vacation that will leave you feeling quenched and refreshed.
