Ticketed – Get Out breakout star and MTV Movie & TV Award winner actor and comedian Lil Rel and celebrity Chef Tina Gray host the third installation of What’s On The Menu’s Summaxchi Meets L.A. event this Saturday, June 30th in Los Angeles, CA, from 5pm – 9pm. The event brings the classic summertime in Chicago vibe to L.A. with iconic Chicago food including Italian beef sandwiches dipped in its own meaty broth and topped with giardiniera, homemade deep dish pizza, mild sauce which is Chicago natives’ sauce of choice for French Fries and fried chicken, Garrett’s popcorn, Vitner’s chips and more. Jay ILLa, the official DJ for the Chicago Bears, will be providing the soundtrack for the night filled with music from Chicago artists. As a single mother, Chef Gray knew she had to take risks in order find a way to provide for her son while also pursuing her passion of cooking. Three years ago she took that leap of faith and moved from her hometown of Chicago to L.A. to open up her own cooking company.
