The second installment of the Mercedes Benz Evolution Tour kicked off in New York on June 23rd and finally touched down in Los Angeles last night, on August 5th, 2015 at The Hollywood Palladium. “Music is becoming one of the most important customer intersects at Mercedes-Benz as we reach younger customers through brand experiences,” said Drew Slaven, vice president of marketing at Mercedes-Benz USA. “Last year’s Evolution Tour was a big success and we look forward to continuing the momentum with exciting new talent and immersive experiences.”
The free event brought out a large crowd that got to enjoy an open bar and performances by DJ Ruckus and Bastille. Frontman of Bastille Dan Smith looked as handsome as ever and had the crowd jamming to some of their new music. During the events, consumers also experienced an art activation by Gregory Siff (see below), a curated Style Factory, and the Mercedes-Benz GLA and CLA models on display at each tour stop.
