The evening was filled with beautiful people on July 28th, 2015, at Greystone Manor. The occasion was to celebrate the premiere of “America’s Next Top Model: Cycle 22“, which will air on August 5th on The CW.

As the evening started and the guests filled up the room, Tyra Banks was no where to be found. The DJ dropped the music and the producers of the show came out to thank OPPO and Nylon Magazine for making the evening happen. Then, they went on to announce this season’s judges and it was starting to feel like we were on a live taping of the show. Judge Miss J. Alexander took the mic and said that it had been 13 years since the first cycle and that creativity was “up the notch” on Cycle 22.

The lady of the hour, Tyra Banks, finally took the stage in a bright red dress and a stylish short hair do to announce the contestants. She mentioned that when she started modeling, people told her that she wasn’t model material because of her curves. All 14 contestants came up and had characteristics that made them stand out of the crowd. You would think that everyone would be tall and skinny, but America’s Next Top Model picks contestants that do not fit the stereotypical model look. Contestant Bello Sanchez has eyes that look like they belong to a Siberian Husky because they are so blue. On the girl’s side, Courtney DuPerow was only 5ft 3 and looked itty-bitty next to Tyra.

The cast is eye catching and the sets are better than ever, it’s going to be an outstanding season to say the least. Catch America’s Next Top Model: Cycle 22 that will air Wednesday nights (8-9 p.m. ET) starting on August 5th on The CW.
