Invite Only – On Saturday, November 7, notables from the art, film, fashion, and entertainment industries will unite at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) to honor artist James Turrell and filmmaker Alejandro G. Iñárritu. In its fifth year, the 2015 Art+Film Gala is co-chaired by LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio, who both continue to champion LACMA’s film initiatives. RSVP – Architect Frank Gehry and architecture critic Paul Goldberger discuss Gehry’s prolific and groundbreaking career to mark the opening of the special exhibition Frank Gehry as well as Goldberger’s just-published book, Building Art: The Life and Work of Frank Gehry, the first full-fledged critical biography of the architect.
