Last night, Republic Records and Cadillac hosted a star-studded Post-MTV VMA bash at Tao Restaurant in Los Angeles. Presented by Cadillac, the event featured cocktails by Absolut Vodka, prestige champagne from Armand de Brignac, with additional partnership from True Religion, FIJI Water, Heineken, Socco Media and n:Philanthropy apparel. Among the capacity crowd were the evening’s performers and attendees such as Julia Michaels, Hailee Steinfeld, Jessie J, Shawn Mendes, Vanessa Hudgens, Sofia Carson, Hailey Baldwin, Pete Wentz, G-Eazy, Heidi Klum, Nina Dobrev, Tove Lo, Mel B, Jake Paul, Millie Bobby Brown, EJ Johnson and more.
In addition to live performances from DNCE, Post Malone & Nick Cannon, the event unveiled the first-of-its-kind ‘Cadillac Carpool Karaoke Booth’ – an interactive experience that combined a sound studio with the Cadillac XT5 crossover. Guests including Hailee Steinfeld, DNCE, Nick Cannon, and Millie Bobby Brown sat inside the customized booth and captured a social media-shareable video of themselves singing karaoke with their friends. Cadillac XT5 and Escalade vehicles are featured in several episodes of Carpool Karaoke: The Series on Apple Music.
