Only in Los Angeles does Halloween start off so strong a week before the actual event. MAXIM Magazine held their annual Halloween party on October 24th, 2015 at a private estate in Beverly Hills. Produced by Karma International in partnership with Maxim, the seductively scary soiree featured a performance by Nick Jonas, plus an opportunity to experience the private ‘Blind Dragon Ballroom’ for VIP’s only. VIP’s noshed on delectable bites provided by ROKU and enjoyed live karaoke within their private lounge. The Organic Face provided makeup while SB Boutique Salon provided all staff and performers with hair touchups. Additionally, attendees also sipped on Coors Light and Not Your Father’s Root Beer while also enjoying dessert from Belladonna Sweets. Along with the exclusive performances, the party also included multiple haunted graveyards, an experience at one of the most frightening haunted houses in the entire nation, and over 80 scare actors. Celebrities came dressed to impressed, but did not go full out since most are saving their “hit” costume for next week. Nick Jonas dressed up as a Hamburglar and even used a hamburger as his phone case. Aubrey O’Day looked chic dressed as Cruella de Vil and Karrueche Tran dressed up as a sexy bunny. This was a great pregame to get us prepared for the non-stop haunted fun on actual Halloween.
