Grunge Out Your Jacket with the Nylon x Marc Jacobs #PatchMarc

Fresh from their Coachella takeover, Nylon came back to Los Angeles with a few tricks up their sleeves. On Thursday April 21st, 2016, Nylon debuted their LA launch of the #PatchMarc in collaboration with Marc Jacobs located at the Marc Jacobs flagship store located on LA’s legendary Melrose Place. SOKO, who also DJ’d the Nylon Midnight Garden, and making headlines for dating Kristen Stewart, brought the tunes at the Nylon x Marc Jacobs events. She also brought a fun crowd of friends including Dylan Penn and Jimmy Giannopoulos from Lola Wolf.

Everyone wanted to get their hands on the limited edition patched, to grunge out their jackets. To acquire three patches, you must purchase either a shirt or purse from the collaboration HERE. In true grunge fashion, champagne and beer wrapped in vintage brown paper bags circulated around the party. Jordana Brewster arrived, looking effortless and chic with a Marc Jacobs cardigan draped over a simple black leotard, was scoping out the limited edition collection of #PatchMarc T-shirts, patches and handbags. Katherine McNamara also stopped by the event donning one of the recently released Marc Jacobs #PatchMarc tops, paired with distressed denim. The 20-year old actress was seen snapping photos with guests and chatting with Pierson Fode, while snacking on Marc Jacobs branded popcorn. DJ Equal closed out the night with a special Prince tribute playing hits Erotic City and Purple Rain while guests danced and celebrated the musical icon.
