Hosted by Extras Mario Lopez, the Gala will honor Oscar-nominated actor Robert Downey Jr. with the Shining Star Award, presented by Oscar-nominated actor Don Cheadle; entertainment industry power broker and multi-media entrepreneur Scooter Braun will receive the Humanitarian Award, presented by GRAMMY®-nominated artist Tori Kelly, who will also perform, and Bush.
