On the evening of February 23, 2017, stars came out to celebrate the Eighth Annual Red Carpet Green Dress event hosted by Suzy Amis Cameron in partnership with Atelier Swarovksi, bringing awareness to sustainable fashion. In attendance were this year’s celebrity partners Emma Roberts and Priyanka Bose, in addition to actress Missi Pyle, Red Carpet Green Dress founder Suzy Amis Cameron and husband James Cameron and more. The event, also supported by Earth Friendly Products, maker of ECOS Laundry Detergent, had just under 100 attendees come together in support of the eco-friendly initiative at a private Beverly Hills residence. The campaign raises funds to benefit MUSE School CA, an environmental non-profit educational organization Amis Cameron founded in Calabasas with her sister Rebecca Amis.

As guests nibbled on vegan appetizers and sipped on Absolut Elyx vodka cocktails, Red Carpet Green Dress’ Global Campaign Manager Samata Pattinson opened the evening by sharing the impact Amis Cameron’s initiative has had on the fashion industry and community. Amis Cameron followed, and shared remarks from her heart about the importance of sustainable living and her dream to inspire future generations. “We eat food every day; we wear clothes every day, but it takes a concerted effort to help make the world a better place,” shared Amis Cameron. “But we can all do our part. Recycling clothes, eating fresh organic food-even one conscious meal a day- every little bit helps.”
