Delta Air Lines, the Official Airline Partner of the Grammy Awards and Inaugural Supporter of First Time Nominees Threw an Epic Party with Singer Halsey

Delta Air Lines, the Official Airline Partner of the Grammy Awards and inaugural supporter of first time nominees, made its mark on the start of music’s biggest weekend. The private event took place at Beauty & Essex, adjacent to the new Dream Hollywood, and kicked off with an incredible DJ set from Drake’s longtime producer DJ Boi-1da. First time Grammy nominee Halsey surprised the audience with a stunning six piece orchestra that joined her for a five song set, including her hits Castle, Closer (for which she’s nominated this year), Colors, Hold Me Down and Hurricane. Throughout the performance, Halsey shared personal anecdotes and song inspirations with guests and celebrities in attendance, which included Elle King, Serayah, Gabby Douglas, Daya, Adrienne C. Moore, Mya & Trevor Jackson, Kandi Burruss, Serinda Swan and more. It was an uber-glamorous evening, replete with non-stop dancing, signature libations and the celebration of music! Also new this year, Celebrities on the red carpet were asked to stop and sign two oversized “paper” metallic airplanes. For every unique signature, Delta committed to donate $1K (up to $10,000) to the Grammy Museum, where one of the planes will live. The second plane will be displayed at the Delta Museum in Atlanta.
