Anne Hathaway Hosts L.A. Art Show Opening Night Benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

The Los Angeles Fine Art Show, a new art fair dedicated to historic & contemporary traditional works launched last night on January 27th in conjunction with the LA Art Show with host Anne Hathaway and hubby Adam Shulman benefitting the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. With a focus on historic and traditional contemporary works, the Los Angeles Fine Art Show provides a dedicated experience for collectors of traditional works, from paintings, to sculpture and works on paper. Other notable guests included: Katherine McNamara, Zach Braff, and Kevin Bacon.

The LA Art Show was designed with the true collector in mind, showcasing many artistic genres and styles to capture the essence of the ever-evolving art market. The LA Art Show was developed with the understanding that collector tastes change through time. A person may first be drawn to contemporary painting, but move to an appreciation of mixed media, or even traditional / representational works. Each year the LA Art Show’s selection committee curates the gallery roster to provide a balance of art where people can see how different movements progressed or branched out into differing genres.

The LA Art Show and the Los Angeles Fine Art Show takes place from Jan. 27-31 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, West Hall 1201 South Figueroa Street, 90015. For additional information, visit www.laartshow.com. General admission to the LA Art Show is $20.
