NYLON returned with NYLON Nights Los Angeles, in celebration of the October It Girl Issue hosted by cover star Tinashe held at LA’s stylish bar and lounge Doheny Room. Ashley Tisdale was the first to arrive styled in a leopard blazer alongside husband Christopher French. The two were escorted to their private table next to Jaden Smith and Kylie Jenner’s BFF, Harry Hudson and his entourage, where they danced the night away. Host of the evening and Superlove singer, Tinashe, celebrated her October cover in high spirits with a group of friends before introducing her “girl” Daya as she made her way to the stage for her special performance. On the heels of her debut album release, Sit Still, Look Pretty, platinum recording artist Daya performed a medley of her top charting hits Don’t Let Me Down and Hide Away at this year’s invite-only event followed by DJ sets by DJ Millie and Bobby French. After wrapping her set she was greeted by world-renowned DJ, ZEDD, who congratulated her on the performance and recent album release. Supermodels Anwar Hadid and Lucky Blue Smith arrived with a group of friends making their way over to the celeb-packed VIP section. This year, prestige cosmetic brand Clinique pampered party guests with beauty touch-up stations offering Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer lipsticks. Absolut Elyx, Tequila Avion and Perrier Jouet Grand Brut provided specialty cocktails throughout the evening.
